Ichunsa Non Filtrata represents a unique tasting experience, with a strong reference to the land of origin; it is an innovative product inspired by the dawn, which brings with it all the advantages of an unpasteurized drink but without having to give up preserving it over time. In fact, thanks to a completely different process from that of a classic Ichnusa, the raw beer can reach a life of up to 9 months which further refines its hoppy aroma and makes the color more golden and brilliant. The expert work of the greatest master brewers of the island, it keeps intact, with every sip, the characteristics of a fresh, natural, freshly tapped beer. And as tradition dictates, the reference to the land of origin is always present on the label, depicting the flag with the 4 Moors and the profile of the island, this time printed in relief to reinforce the thought of care and refinement of this product.

Bright golden yellow color with fine and persistent foam. On the nose it releases aromas of orange blossom, caramel and hops, accompanied by a delicate hint of honey in a complex of elegance and pleasantness that is also confirmed when tasting, where freshness and roundness envelop a moderately bitter persistence of great balance.

Ideal for an aperitif of cheeses and cured meats, it also goes well with tasty baked fish.
