General terms and conditions of the Trading Company Damiano & Damiano KG
§1. The following “General Terms and Conditions” apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
(1). A consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly none of the following:
commercial activity or self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

(3). After receiving an order in our online shop, the following rules apply:
The consumer makes a binding, contractual offer by successfully following the ordering process specified in our online shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:

- Confirm by clicking on the “Order” button
- Check the details in the shopping cart
- “Checkout” button
- Obligatory order placement by clicking on the “Order with costs” or “Buy” button
- Note on the transport of a large volume of goods: For larger orders that require transport via EU pallet, please contact us and ask about the transport price, which is usually 250 euros for a single pallet.
(4). Before sending the mandatory order, the consumer can use the “Back” button included in his Internet browser to check his information on the website that recognizes the information provided by the customer and correct any errors, or close the browser on the Internet to cancel the order process.
We confirm receipt of the order directly from an automatically generated email (“order confirmation”). This means that we accept your offer.

§4. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the Internet.
§5. The prices indicated DO NOT include the mandatory sales taxes and other price components. When completing the order, VAT is charged to the country of origin of the order. There are also shipping costs.
§6. The consumer has the option of paying in advance (SEPA transfer), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), IDEAL, SOFORT bank transfer.
(1). If the consumer has opted for advance payment, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after the contract has been concluded.
§7. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately.
§8. Delivery takes place within 6 working days.
The deadline for delivery with advance payment runs after the payment order, the deadline for all other payment methods after receipt of the amount in our bank account.
If the deadline ends on a Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the following working day.
§9. We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§10. Guarantee:
The statutory warranty rules apply.
§11. The contract language is English.
