“Caserecci Classico I.G.P.”

In an artisanal and ancient tradition, this excellent pasta is made using:
selected and 100% Italian durum wheat semolina
slow kneading of the dough with spring water
slow drawing of the dough through bronze molds
static drying in the cell (from 18 to 48 hours) at low temperature up to max. 48° C, a long and careful process that gives the final product a valid and indisputable consistency of aroma and taste.
The acronym I.G.P. (Indicazione Geografica Tipica) definitely guarantees consumers the origin of the pasta from the place of production, the typicality of its processing and the absolute quality, protecting it from the most varied and frequent attempts at imitation.
The artisanal pasta made through bronze drawing has the unmistakable characteristic of a rough surface, which greatly favors the absorption of the sauce and makes it far more delicious!
