Launched at the end of December 2022, initially only on tap and only in Sardinian bars, the new Ichnusa Ambra Limpida has finally landed on the ‘continent’! It is a low-fermentation Lager that reflects, even more clearly, the soul of the iconic Assemini brewery, through a mix of tradition and innovation. To the usual selection of cereals and hops, Ichnusa Ambra Limpida adds a touch of rice, grown in the province of Oristano, to give an even more special taste and underline the strong territorial identity of the brand. To underline everything there is the new bottle with a unique and essential shape that is inspired by the discovery of an ancient relic in the historical archive of the brewery.

Intense golden yellow color with caramel nuances and a soft, white foam, the nose is characterized by a mix of green, herbaceous notes of hops fused with the sweetness of rice, all surrounded by hints of cereals and citrus peel. Fresh, structured, decisive in the olfactory memories, it shows great drinkability, vivacity and pleasantness of taste, in a perfect balance that culminates with the delicate aromatic persistence.

Ideal to accompany a platter of cold cuts, bruschetta and cheeses, it is excellent with pizza but also with a mixed fry.
