Harvest period/harvest method: In the first ten days of October/mechanical and manual harvesting carried out exclusively on the plant. Immediately after harvesting, the olives are transported to the mill in perforated boxes and processed immediately

Fragrance: Medium to full-fruity, elegant and floral, with balsamic and tempting Mediterranean scents
Taste: Broad, balanced and convincing aromatic texture with decisive herbal notes and fresh lettuce. A spicy finish follows, leaving a pleasant kick of ginger and white pepper.
