Yellow Melon

The fruit is voluminous and has a completely yellow, wrinkled skin. The shape is elongated at both ends, while the pulp is very clear, white with imperceptible yellow veins. The texture of the pulp is very soft. Its scent is released when cut.

The melon has numerous beneficial properties: it is 90% water, which gives it a high satiating power while remaining a low-calorie fruit.
It contains a lot of iron, useful for fighting anemia, as well as phosphorus and calcium, which promote bone health. In addition, the high content of beta-carotene supports the production of melanin.

The yellow melon should be kept cool or in the refrigerator, making sure to place the melon in the least cold part of the refrigerator.
