1930 is the year of birth of Dr. Filippo di Somma, Principe del Colle, son of Maria di Marzo and administrator of the company for more than thirty years until his death in October 2019.
This wine is dedicated to him and is intended as a tribute to his commitment to keeping alive a winemaking heritage that dates back to 1647.

Winemaking techniques:
Sparkling wine base: 100% Greco di Tufo wine obtained from alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and aging on the lees for 9 months.
Sparkling winemaking process:
Classic Method entirely performed in our Historic Cellars.
Refermentation and aging in the bottle for 18 months.
The bottles rest in the cellar for approximately 4 months after dégorgement.
Organoleptic description:
A wine with great brilliance and vivacity. With a typical straw yellow color, with lively golden reflections, it presents itself as a sparkling wine with an elegant, fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, all the typical scents of the Greco grape are proposed, such as delicate notes of ripe yellow fruit, such as yellow peach and apricot; which lead to nuances of citrus fruits such as grapefruit; as well as very light mineral and floral notes of white flowers. The whole is then enriched by the aromas of almond and bread crust. A full-bodied sparkling wine, which on the palate maintains the freshness and flavor typical of Greco di Tufo intact, in perfect balance with the softness components enhanced by the refermentation in the bottle. Intense and persistent sip.
Pairing: Structured aperitifs. First courses with seafood and second courses based on fish.
