WHITE WINE   PROTECTED GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATION

A blend of white Falanghina grapes. Straw yellow in color and full-bodied in character. Fresh and fruity on the palate. It matures for the first few months in stainless steel tanks, then in the bottle. With notes of broom, white broom, wildflowers, and lemon apple, it pairs perfectly with soft cheeses, light meats, and fish dishes.
