This splendid San Daniele raw ham is born in this way, without haste, from a slow maturation that has rediscovered the importance of the natural cycles so dear and precious to the ancient customs of the peasant world, and from the capable hands of the master butchers who choose exclusively Friulian-fed animals for the best quality.
The large thighs offer compact and soft meat, a meat so tasty that it satisfies the senses of the most refined gourmets.
