All the products of our Salumeria are sliced ​​and vacuum-packed the same day the order is processed. Our packaging will preserve the product for over 60 days, preserving its freshness and quality, as if it were freshly sliced!

It takes at least 15 months to obtain a perfect Prosciutto Crudo. After a careful selection phase, the best and freshest pork legs are salted and left for about 20 days in contact with the meat. At that point, after a period of rest, the Prosciutto Crudo Nazionale is washed, dried, and “sugnato”, that is, covered with a mixture of pork fat, salt, ground pepper and other ingredients that prevents the product from drying out the lean parts too quickly. Now the long maturation of at least 14 months at the mild temperatures of the hills can begin, the most delicate moment on which the success and extraordinary goodness of Prosciutto Crudo depends.
